ChapterTrack is a reading tracker owned and operated by Animigo LLC. It saves links and reading metadata so you can return to comic, manga, manhwa and webcomic pages on the original websites. ChapterTrack does not host, copy or download comic content.
We collect information you provide or create while using ChapterTrack: account and sign-in information, saved source URLs, comic and chapter metadata, reading status and progress, notification preferences, and subscription entitlement records. We also process limited technical information needed to authenticate requests, operate the service, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
If you create an account with email and password, ChapterTrack processes your email address, an encrypted password credential managed by Supabase Auth, account identifiers and sign-in records needed to keep your account secure. ChapterTrack does not store your password in readable form.
When you choose Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google, that provider authenticates you and shares an account identifier plus the profile information you authorize, which may include your email address and name. Apple may provide a private relay address. We use this information only to create or access your ChapterTrack account through Supabase Auth. Apple and Google process sign-in information under their own privacy policies.
ChapterTrack stores the links you save, detected titles and chapter numbers, source domains, reading status, progress and related timestamps. Your identifiable library is private to your account and is not displayed to other users. Opening a saved item sends you to the original third-party website, whose privacy practices then apply.
If you enable chapter alerts, we process your notification preferences, saved reading progress and detected chapter activity to decide whether an alert should be created. If email delivery is enabled, your email address is used to send the alert. You can change notification preferences in ChapterTrack Settings.
ChapterTrack may use aggregated reader activity to identify likely newer chapters, recommend series and show commonly used source domains. These features expose aggregate signals rather than another person's identifiable library. ChapterTrack does not make your personal reading history public.
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe, and iOS subscriptions may be processed by Apple. ChapterTrack stores the customer, subscription, product, status and renewal or expiration identifiers needed to confirm Pro access. Payment card details are collected by Stripe or Apple and are not provided to ChapterTrack.
ChapterTrack uses service and error records needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the app, and privacy-respecting aggregate usage analytics to understand how the product is used. ChapterTrack does not use advertising analytics or cross-app tracking. Hosting and infrastructure providers may retain short-lived access logs for security and operational purposes under their own policies.
ChapterTrack relies on Supabase for authentication and application data, Apple and Google for optional sign-in, Stripe and Apple for applicable subscription processing, and original reading websites when you open saved links. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies. ChapterTrack does not sell personal information or use saved library data for third-party advertising.
Account and library information is kept while your account remains active. Subscription and security records may be retained as needed for entitlement, fraud prevention, legal and accounting obligations. Deleting your account removes the account and associated ChapterTrack library data from the active service; encrypted backups and server logs cycle out within a limited period, and payment records are retained by Stripe or Apple under their own retention policies.
ChapterTrack uses authenticated access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted network connections and server-side verification for privileged operations. No service can guarantee absolute security, but access is limited according to account ownership and operational need.
You can review and change saved library information and notification preferences in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or object to processing, or request deletion of personal information. Contact Animigo LLC to make a privacy request. Identity verification may be required.
You can delete your ChapterTrack account from Settings. This permanently removes your account, saved comics and saved chapters from the active service. Deleting ChapterTrack does not automatically cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription; cancel it through the provider or subscription portal where it was purchased.
ChapterTrack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
This policy may be updated as ChapterTrack changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will appear at this URL with a revised date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel.
